Co-Founder & CEO

Entrepreneur, co-founded Spark - grants consulting firm (portfolio of 600 customers, raised more than $150M of grants), and two Startups: Qualego, and Yubitech. Has vast experience as a business consultant and CFO in leading Israeli companies. Nili holds a CPA, LLB and MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Shirly Dar

Co-Founder & CMO

Co-founded Spark - grants consulting firm, and Qualego – Lectures app. Over 15 years of experience as a business development and key account manager in pharma and high-tech companies. Shirly earned MBA in Business Administration from The College of Management Academic Studies, and B.Sc in Nutrition (cum laude) from The Hebrew University.

Gil Dar

Co-Founder & VP Technology

A Systems & Technologies Architect, Modeling expert, Projects manager with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, selling, delivering and managing complex IT projects. Gil holds B.Sc in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.

Dr. Yael Dubinsky

Co-Founder

Yael is the KIC Development Manager at Kinneret Innovation Center and serve as the Head of the Software Engineering Department at the Kinneret Academic College. Yael worked at Technion, IBM, and Ness and has vast experience with development engineering, project management, IoT and agile implementation. Yael has B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, and PhD in Computer Science Education from The Technion.

Eitan Mashiah

Analyst

Eitan conducts the identification, assessments and analysis of grants and grant systems on a global scale.
University, Dusseldorf, and B.A in Political Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Eitan holds an M.A. in History and Literature from the University of Munich, and recently finished his doctoral studies in History and Sociology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Free University of Berlin.

Saar Dar

Co-founder, Sales Manager

Saar is an experienced sales manager, who wored in various companies, both in the US and Israel. Saar works with the management team in FundGuru on the company’s growth strategy and directly manages the company’s partners network abroad, including closing partnerships contracts, monitoring performance overseas, and devising growth and penetration strategies for additional countries.
